Linda never considered herself athletic.
Yoga wasn’t about fitness for her.
It was survival.
After a difficult year filled with stress and emotional exhaustion, her doctor suggested she try gentle movement. Nothing extreme. Just stretching.
The first class felt impossible.
Her body was tight. Her thoughts were louder than the instructor.
But she kept showing up.
Not perfectly.
Just consistently.
Week by week she noticed something changing.
Her flexibility improved.
Her breathing deepened.
Her mind slowed.
She realized strength wasn’t built through force.
It was built through patience.
Life stretches everyone eventually.
The question isn’t whether we get stretched.
It’s whether we grow through it.
