ORDERING

What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please use the contact form. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?

Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is currently unavailable for purchase, unless you submit a pre-paid order.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Please email via the contact form as soon as you receive your order.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?

You can stay updated with our latest releases by signing up for our newsletter or by following us on social media.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

For items in stock, it may take up to 7 days to ship. After that, it will arrive to you based off of the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Custom items or pre-order items may take an average of 7 to 21 days to ship.

Exclusive pieces, may take longer to ship. We appreciate your patience! Our goal is an extremely high overall customer service and satisfaction rating.

When will my backorder items ship? 

All backorder items ship as quickly as possible. You will be given an option to cancel if desired.

Which countries do you not ship to? 

Currently we don’t have any restrictions, but we focused on local (USA) orders until 2022

Email us and we can give you more information before placing an order from outside of the USA. We will do our best to determine costs and restrictions associated.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

All orders shipped to Illinois addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other U.S states will not be subject to any sales tax. 

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our facility in Illinois.

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?

Please email us, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

FIT AND SIZING

How do I know what size will fit me best?

Most items fit true to size pre and post-wash. If you normally wear a large shirt, purchase a large.

GARMENT CARE

How do I care for the items that I purchased?

We suggest washing every garment on cold and tumble drying on low heat. Please do not iron artwork.
